Shape will not open on Windows
Use Windows 10 or 11 (64-bit). Download again from Download or GitHub releases.
Sign-in fails in the desktop app
- Finish sign-in in the browser when prompted.
- Sign out and sign in again from the avatar menu.

AI says usage is not allowed
Check your plan and credits on Billing. Free tier cannot use all paid models.
Browser cannot reach localhost
Start the app from Scripts or the terminal first. Enter the URL shown in the terminal (often http://localhost:3000) in the Browser tab. If design Apply fails, confirm a project folder is open and the preview is a local page Shape can map to source.
Git Manager shows no pull requests
Sign in with GitHub and open a folder whose remote is on github.com.
